Anniversary Day at the “Grigore Moisil” Highschool from Bucharest
On January, 25, 2010, “Grigore Moisil” Highschool from Bucharest celebrated The Highschool Day and 45 years of existence.
On the occasion of this event, Classic Brands managed the following services: creation of the concept of the event and of the presentation materials, logistics support, event management, media relation.
During the event, the pupils and the teachers combined the educational traditional and modern approaches, using virtual instruments, software applications and the Internet.
The participants to the event represented the educational community from Bucharest, Timisoara and Piatra Neamt counties: personalities of the educational, political, social and cultural fields, pupils, teachers and parents.
Among the 50 participants we can mention: Cristian Constantin Poteraş - the mayor of the 6th district of Bucharest, Nuşa Dumitriu - general Informatics Inspector and Traian Şeitan - general Biology Inspector within the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports, Mircea Diaconu - deputy, Georgiana Bolojan - Educational Inspector for European Integration and Community Programs within the School Inspectorate of Bucharest, Izabela Bejenariu - Educational Inspector for Educational Management, Evaluation, Institutional Development and Quality Insurement within the 6th district of Bucharest School Inspectorate, Cristian Ionescu - general manager within the Schools Administration of 6th District of Bucharest Cityhall, representatives of School Inspectorate from Timis and Neamt counties, Solomon Marcus - academician, Ioana Pârvulescu – writer and universitary professor, Sanda Foamete - SNR manager for Academic and Educational audience within Microsoft Romania.
“Grigore Moisil” Highschool is the only Romanian school included between the thirty innovative schools in the world, by the Pathfinder School component of Partners by Education program. This program is initiated and developed by Microsoft worldwide. In Romania, the program is developed in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports.
The event had a very goold reflection in the written and audiovisual media from social, educational and IT fields.
